JAMAICAN PEPPER POT
Go for different with this nicely spiced soup with an island flavor from the grinded Jamaican Pimentos combined with the richness of coconut milk, lots of thyme and a touch of scotch bonnet heat. Add root vegetables, mushrooms and lots of spinach and you have an utterly flavorful and colorful meal!
